In every college student's career, it's about hard work, dedication, and everything...pink? The College of Arts and Architecture was immersed into the world of Elle Woods in the theater department's production of Legally Blonde the Musical. For this project, instead of designing the typical vectorized objects  from the movie for the promotion of the show, I decided to host a photoshoot including the lead actress of the department's performance and incorporate her headshot on the marketing materials. Using her headshot. while incorporating all things Elle Woods: sparkles, a pink background and the lead actress posing behind a book. Doing so created more of a noticeable symbol for the audience. The design was also featured at Charlotte's alternative newspaper, Queen City Nerve, in order to further advertise the show to the rest of the city.
